Reminded me of watching the History Channel with my dad when I was a boy. Thanks for bringing back the memory and keeping the stories of history alive!

I’m not a huge history girly, but this one hooked me from the start! The narration was fantastic, I felt like I was there, and it gave me a whole new perspective on the human experience at war. Plus, the host’s voice is like a warm hug which doesn’t hurt.

This was a gripping tale that highlights the personal side of a conflict that has been covered in great detail. Excellent podcast and I’m looking forward to more episodes.

Didn’t want to pause listening even for a minute! Can’t wait for the next installment.
